Delivery Policy

Most deliveries will be made same day provided the item you order is in stock. Other items may take 3-4 business days to fulfill. For same day delivery orders must be submitted before 6:30pm. 

Frozen deliveries will require a hand-off and someone to accept the delivery at the door. Please update the delivery notes indicating your availability or preferred time and date for delivery. If we are instructed to leave frozen at the doorstep, we can no longer take responsibility for the quality of the product. 

Attempts to contact recipient will be made by knocking on the door, telephone, text message and buzzer. We will continue to attempt to contact you for 10 minutes before abandoning the delivery.  

If the delivery attempt fails, customers may pick up the item in store, or arrange for a re delivery at a time of convenience. Re-delivery fees will apply between 5-10 dollars depending on the recipients distance from the store. Canada post shipping is also available for items that are not frozen.

Refunds will not be issued for failed delivery attempts. Refunds/exchanges for other reasons such as defective merchandise can me made in person at the store. Refunds must be made within two weeks of original purchase and the receipt must be present.
