Refund policy

We will exchange purchases returned in unopened packaging with a receipt within 14 days (two weeks) from the original date of purchase, buyer will pay shipping. Any refunds requested through Paypal will be subject to a $5 processing fee.

We will not be accepting returns on item that are subject to contamination such as toys, leashes, harnesses or other products. Manufacturers warranty will apply on food items or electronics. 

There will be no returns for on small animal or bird supplies.
