Return Policy Shipped & Delivered Items

SORRY NO RETURNS - For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make your selections carefully. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with your order.

Replacing Defective Items

Items damaged by your pet will not be considered defective, but manufacturers warranties vary from product to product. Defect warranties can be handled directly with the manufacturer or with our store. Please contact us in advance to ensure your expectations of the product you are ordering are met.

Raw Food

We do not ship raw food items. For health reasons we also do not accept returns on raw food unless the product is deemed defective. Raw food returned claimed defective will be handled with the original manufacturer and refunds will be handled at their discretion once the product has been inspected. 

Shipping

Update! During the Canada Post Strike all items will be shipped by FedEx UPS or Canpar instead of Canada Post.

We ship orders within 1-3 business days with Canada Post. If it takes longer due to short stock on merchandise you will be notified of the shipping date. Delays incurred by Canada Post are not the responsibility of our store. All items are shipped with a tracking number and delivery progress can be monitored with Canada Post. We do not ship frozen items, frozen food is only eligible for local delivery.
