We are happy to exchange or offer store credit within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of your package being received. We do not offer refunds
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging with original tags attached. Tags removed from collars, toys, clothing and harnesses will not be eligible for exchange. If the condition of your item is not approved for an exchange, it will be sent or back to you.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale/discounted items are final sale. Although we do not give refunds, will spend time with you in advance of your purchase to ensure you are choosing the correct size/type of item. Shipping your Exchange or Store Credit Item
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
Replacing Defective Items
Items damaged by your pet will not be considered defective, but manufacturers warranties vary from product to product. Defect warranties can be handled directly with the manufacturer or with our store. In some cases, manufacturer warranties are more lenient than our exchange policy. Again, please contact us in advance to ensure your expectations of the product you are ordering are met.
We ship orders within 1-3 business days with Canada Post. If it takes longer due to short stock on merchandise you will be notified of the shipping date. Delays incurred by Canada Post are not the responsibility of our store. All items are shipped with a tracking number and delivery progress can be monitored with Canada Post. We do not ship frozen items, frozen food is only eligible for local delivery.
